Data Entry Clerk/Customer Service (Burlingame Location)

Customs brokerage firm in Burlingame is seeking a full-time Customs Entry Writer. Training will be provided.
Responsibility:
• Data Entry Input
• Prepare necessary Customs clearance documents for proper release of shipment
• Communicates regularly with customer in regards to customer’s shipment status
• General office duties (answering phone calls, copying, printing, filing, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• US work authorization (Required)
• Fully vaccinated highly preferred
• Bilingual in CHINESE/ENGLISH highly preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of computer functions
• Strong communication and customer service skills (both written and verbal)
• Detail oriented, organized and able to effectively manage multiple priorities
• Eagerness to learn, strong sense of responsibility
• Need to work overtime if necessary (including some weekends)
Education:
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
